World of Warships Legends is celebrating the Lunar New Year with a thrilling new event centered around the legendary Sun Wukong! Wargaming's popular naval battle simulator brings the mythical Monkey King and his crew to the high seas, offering exclusive rewards on iOS and Android.
Following the recent Sky: Children of the Light Lunar New Year event, January's chill is being banished by festive celebrations in the gaming world. Even the intense world of naval combat is getting in on the action, with World of Warships Legends launching its Sun Wukong-themed event.
Sun Wukong, the iconic character from Journey to the West, needs no introduction. His presence is perfectly fitting for World of Warships Legends' Lunar New Year festivities.
This update includes a campaign featuring the French Tier VII Premium battleship Picardie, but the real highlight is Sun Wukong himself. He'll appear as a commander available for all nations, alongside his Pan-Asian Tier VII Premium cruiser, the Wukong, and numerous other skins inspired by characters from the classic novel.

But that's not all! World of Warships Legends is also bringing back previous Lunar New Year content. The Celestial Guardian commander guise returns, along with daily bonuses and several Pan-Asian and Japanese ships adorned with ornate skins. Keep an eye out for Lunar Year '25 crates in the in-game store and grab these rewards, including the exclusive Japanese Tier VI Premium cruiser Tokachi.
