Fortnite Chapter 6, Season 1 introduces Sprites, ethereal beings offering players helpful items or abilities. The Earth Sprite, the most beneficial but elusive Sprite, can be found on the new Chapter 6 map in Battle Royale, Zero Build, and Ranked modes.
Earth Sprite Spawn Locations:
The Earth Sprite boasts nearly two dozen potential spawn points, each marked by a solitary lantern (similar to the one shown in the image below). However, only two Sprites appear per match, necessitating a search across multiple locations.

Offering Weapons to the Earth Sprite:
Locating the Sprite is the challenge. Once found, simply interact with it (using the interact button). This will transfer your currently equipped weapon to the Sprite, completing the Week 1 Quest and rewarding you with 25,000 XP. Your weapon will be replaced with a random Legendary weapon.
While finding the Earth Sprite requires persistence, the reward of a high-rarity weapon makes the effort worthwhile.
