World of Warcraft Patch 11.1, "Undermined," expands beyond its namesake zone with exciting new additions. This update introduces Undermine, the sprawling subterranean Goblin capital, but also unveils two significant subzones: Gutterville and Kaja’Coast.
Key additions in WoW Patch 11.1:
- Undermine: The main attraction – a vast underground Goblin city brimming with towering structures, narrow streets, and inventive contraptions.
- Gutterville: Situated in the Ringing Deeps' southeastern corner, this subzone likely features an entrance to Undermine and Excavation Site 9, one of the patch's two new Delves. Its maroon coloring hints at corruption by Black Blood.
- Kaja’Coast: A new Goblin encampment in Zuldazar, near Bilgewater Bonanza, suggesting another potential access point to Undermine. This location may be linked to the drill-like tram showcased in the Warcraft Direct announcement.
These discoveries, unearthed by Wowhead in game files, reveal a more extensive update than initially anticipated. The Undermine map itself shows Slam Central Station as the main arrival point, with five visible terminals suggesting further connections beyond Gutterville and Kaja’Coast. This hints at potential future Goblin-themed expansions elsewhere in Azeroth.
While a precise release date remains unannounced, Patch 11.1 is expected to launch in mid-to-late February. However, players can anticipate early access on the Public Test Realm (PTR) in early January.
