Wuthering Waves' Version 1.4 update, Phase Two, is now live, bringing with it the next chapter of the "When the Night Knocks" event. While this update doesn't introduce major gameplay changes, it does offer a wealth of in-game events with exclusive rewards. Let's explore the details!
Featured Resonators:
The "When Thunder Pours" event (December 12th - January 1st) features the five-star resonator Yinlin, and four-star resonators Lumi Baizhi and Yuanwu. Yinlin is a limited-time resonator, only obtainable during this event.
The "Celestial Revelation" event (also running December 12th - January 1st) boosts the drop rates for the five-star resonator Xiangli Yao and the four-star resonators Lumi Baizhi and Yuanwu. Xiangli Yao is also exclusive to this event.
Featured Weapons:
The "Stringmaster" and "Verity's Handle" events (December 12th - January 1st) feature their namesake five-star weapons. Both weapons are exclusive to these events. Additionally, Waning Redshift, Jinzhou Keeper, and Hollow Mirage will have boosted drop rates, with a guaranteed five-star weapon pull.
Other Events:
Throughout the holiday season, players can participate in various Pioneer Association events, Featured Combat events, Recurring Combat events, and Limited-time Material Drop events, all concluding in January. While not explicitly Christmas-themed, these events provide ample opportunities for rewards.
