Zenless Zone Zero's Version 1.5 Update Introduces Highly Anticipated Agent Reruns
Version 1.5 of Zenless Zone Zero marks a significant shift in the game's character release strategy. For the first time, players will have a chance to obtain previously released S-Rank agents, a feature long requested by the community. This departure from the previous model of exclusively introducing new agents mirrors the rerun banner systems found in HoYoverse's other popular titles like Genshin Impact.
The update is divided into two phases:
Phase 1 (January 22 - February 12):
- Astra Yao (new agent)
- Ellen Joe (rerun banner) This phase also introduces Ellen's Agent Story.
Phase 2 (February 12 - March 11):
- Evelyn Chevalier (new agent)
- Qingyi (rerun banner)
Both rerun banners will also feature the respective agents' signature W-Engines.
This update not only satisfies player demand for rerun banners but also introduces three new character outfits: "Chandelier" for Astra, "On Campus" for Ellen, and "Cunning Cutie" for Nicole. The "Cunning Cutie" outfit for Nicole will be a free reward from the Day of Brilliant Wishes event. The inclusion of these outfits further enhances the appeal of Version 1.5. The decision to finally implement rerun banners is a welcome change for players who may have missed out on previous opportunities to acquire these sought-after agents.
