This festive gift is located within the Fortnite Winterfest lodge. Access the lodge via the snowflake icon on the main menu.

Inside the lodge, you'll find a yellow gift box with a red ribbon. Open the box to claim the Santa Dogg outfit. (Shaking it won't work!)
