The REIMAGINE 5 NN9388-7741 Study App collects data crucial to the clinical trial's success. This includes information on medication doses, instances of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), participant-reported outcomes, and other relevant details. To ensure proper data collection, participating sites must create individual accounts within the app for each study participant before participants can access and begin using the app.
