ScrapFactoryAutomation: A First-Person Automated Manufacturing Simulation
ScrapFactoryAutomation is a 3D, first-person simulation game centered around automated manufacturing. Boasting impressive graphics and engaging mechanics, the game challenges players to build and optimize their own factories.
Initially, resource gathering is manual – iron, copper, coal, stone, and wood must be collected by hand. However, the core gameplay loop involves progressively automating production using mines, specialized machinery, and extensive conveyor belt systems.
Construct specialized buildings for crafting. As you progress, FactoryAutomation allows you to automate the production of virtually any item or building. A smelter streamlines ore processing, a factory handles complex material crafting, and a power plant (utilizing scrap mechanics) ensures a consistent electricity supply.
Design and implement your own unique conveyor belt networks. Create and expand production chains throughout your entire facility, automating your processes. Specialized tools are available to construct intricate, interconnected conveyor belt systems, and special buildings help manage and separate resource flows on these belts.
Unlock new crafting recipes. The only limit to your manufacturing development is your imagination. Explore all available items and resources, striving to build the ultimate factory of your dreams, one step at a time, with a massive conveyor belt system.
Continuous improvement is key. Begin with manual resource extraction, then, once you've amassed sufficient resources, craft and operate your first mine. Need to power your production buildings? Locate a coal deposit, build a mine, and connect it to your transport belts. The ultimate goal is to create a completely self-sufficient manufacturing operation – a challenging but rewarding task.
