Albion Online is preparing for the launch of Realm Divided. Sandbox Interactive has announced that the next major content update will go live on November 24. This update introduces a substantial revamp of Faction Warfare, transforming how large-scale combat plays out across the Royal Continent.
Evolving battlefields, massive sieges, and many new opportunities to influence the war effort
Realm Divided integrates the newly added Provinces into Albion Online. These subdivide the Royal Continent into strategic zones that serve as the primary focus for conflict.
Each Province presents a clear target for faction-aligned players, directing them toward active engagements instead of leaving them to search randomly for skirmishes.
Every action taken within these Provinces, from securing objectives to repelling enemies, earns Supplies for your faction. This steady escalation of conflict culminates in a major event: the siege of a Faction Fortress.
Realm Divided also introduces new dynamic events to Albion Online's front lines
Faction Camps will emerge in contested areas, frequently occupied by hostile bandits and rival groups, sparking fast-paced fights with worthwhile rewards. Another new feature, Faction Chests, will appear out in the world, containing valuable loot.
All these new mechanics are supported by a redesigned Faction Warfare map. It monitors which Provinces are under assault and shows the progress of each battle, enabling you to identify where your contribution is most needed.
In parallel, Faction Transports are becoming a strategic pillar of the system, offering rapid transit across the continent directly to allied Outposts or Fortresses. Watch the Realm Divided trailer from Albion Online here.
The update releases on November 24. You can download the game via the Google Play Store and complete some quests in the meantime.
