Arknights: Endfield January Beta Test: Expanded Gameplay and New Features
Get ready for the next Arknights: Endfield beta test, launching mid-January! This exciting new phase, announced on December 25, 2024 by Niche Gamer, boasts significant improvements and additions based on player feedback from the previous test.
Key Updates for the January Beta:
- Expanded Roster: The playable character count jumps to 15, including two Endministrators, all featuring updated models, animations, and special effects.
- Enhanced Combat: Experience refined combat mechanics with new combo skills and a newly implemented dodge mechanic. Item usage and character progression systems have also been adjusted for a more engaging experience.
- Revamped Base Building: The base building system receives a significant overhaul, introducing new defensive structures, expanded factory construction via outposts, and enhanced tutorial levels.
- Rich Content: Explore a reworked storyline, navigate new maps, and solve challenging puzzles. Language options include Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and English voiceovers and text.
Beta Test Sign-Up:
Registration opened December 14, 2024. While the application deadline and beta test start date remain unannounced, selected participants will receive an email notification with installation instructions from GRYPHLINE.
Arknights: Endfield Content Creator Program Vol. 1:
Concurrently, Arknights: Endfield launched its Content Creator Program Vol. 1 (December 15th - 29th, 2024). This program offers selected creators access to an exclusive community, creator perks, and special events. Applicants can apply under two categories: Gameplay Insights (reviews, lore discussions, streams, etc.) and Fan Creations (memes, fanart, cosplays, etc.). While meeting the requirements doesn't guarantee selection, applicants should submit links to their previous work.
