Dead by Daylight Teams Up With Horror Manga Legend Junji Ito for Spine-Chilling New Skins

DbD Junji Ito Collection Features Terrifying Character Skins

The acclaimed horror game Dead by Daylight shocks players with an unexpected collaboration - joining forces with iconic Japanese horror manga creator Junji Ito to introduce terrifying new character skins inspired by his most infamous works.

Eight Nightmare-Inducing Skins Arrive

The asymmetrical horror sensation Dead by Daylight surprises fans by announcing its exclusive Junji Ito Collection through an unprecedented partnership with the master of psychological horror himself.

Junji Ito's distinctive brand of surreal, disturbing storytelling has haunted readers worldwide for four decades - making him the perfect creative partner for what developers are calling "the ultimate horror crossover event."

The collection showcases eight chilling skins featuring characters from Ito's most celebrated works including "Tomie," "Hanging Balloons," and "Rumors." Among the participating Killers featured are The Dredge, The Trickster, and The Twins - with particularly noteworthy Legendary skins for The Spirit (transformed into Tomie) and The Artist (becoming Miss Fuchi from "Fashion Model"). Survivors Yui Kimura, Yun-Jin Lee, and Kate Denson also receive terrifying makeovers.

The horror manga legend himself played an active role in bringing his nightmare visions to life within Dead by Daylight's world. Video footage shows Ito visibly thrilled as he experiences his creations taking on terrifying new forms within the game - even testing gameplay personally as Miss Fuchi.

Prepare for sleepless nights when this horrific collection launches January 7, 2025 across all platforms - PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch.
