Rogue Factor and Nacon have released an exclusive new trailer for their upcoming action-adventure title Hell is Us. The nearly seven-minute video offers a deep dive into core gameplay mechanics, showcasing immersive world exploration, meaningful character interactions, strategic puzzle-solving, and the discovery of hidden secrets.
Set in a war-torn nation devastated by a mysterious catastrophe that unleashes supernatural entities, Hell is Us delivers a gripping third-person narrative. One of its most distinctive features is the deliberate absence of conventional HUD elements—no maps, compasses, or quest markers clutter the experience. Instead, players must trust their instincts and carefully observe environmental cues to navigate the semi-open world and extract valuable information from NPCs.
The game's protagonist, Remy, utilizes a custom drone to scout ahead and plan tactical approaches. Alongside this high-tech companion, he carries a specialized arsenal built to neutralize grotesque, otherworldly chimeras. The trailer powerfully conveys the game’s haunting tone, intense combat blending melee and drone-based tactics, and a rich storyline delving into themes of violence, trauma, and raw human emotion.
Hell is Us is set to launch on September 4, 2025, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
