Kingdom Come: Deliverance II launched in significantly better shape than its predecessor, but as with any ambitious large-scale RPG, technical challenges remain. Warhorse Studios is committed to post-launch improvements, and their next patch promises to be substantial.
In a recent interview with Tech4gamers, global PR manager Tobias Stolz-Zwilling revealed the upcoming patch addresses over 1,000 bugs:
"This patch has been in development for over five months and includes well over a thousand fixes."
Naturally, players are anticipating more than just bug fixes; new gameplay mechanics or quality-of-life improvements would be welcome additions. The extensive development time suggests significant enhancements are possible, although details await the official patch notes.

Furthermore, Warhorse confirmed official mod support is arriving within the next two weeks. Initially, however, modding capabilities will be limited; custom mission creation, for example, won't be immediately available. The studio plans to expand modding tools in future updates. A precise release date for the patch remains unannounced.
