Marauder Tech Games launches the open alpha test for its tactical medieval fantasy game, Price of Glory: War Strategy. This turn-based strategy game features head-to-head duels set in a visually stunning yet harsh medieval world.
Game Overview:
Battle across diverse landscapes, from arid deserts to dense forests and fiery volcanic arenas. Each turn presents a strategic challenge: advance your troops, fortify your stronghold, and weaken your opponent's defenses. Choose from various factions and units, including scouts for reconnaissance, powerful knights for assaults, and healers for battlefield support.
The game offers asynchronous gameplay with a 24-hour turn limit, allowing for careful planning. For faster-paced action, a blitz mode provides five-minute rounds.
Multiple game modes cater to different preferences:
- Skirmish Mode: A casual mode for testing strategies without high stakes.
- Tournaments: Compete in single-elimination tournaments with significant rewards.
- Salt Tournaments: Free-to-play tournaments where players earn salt crystals (by watching ads or completing tasks) to enter cash tournaments for real money prizes.
Animo, the in-game resource, is crucial for deploying units, executing movements, attacks, and special abilities. Limited Animo per turn emphasizes strategic decision-making, especially in player-versus-player battles.
