Show your digital ticket on your phone to drivers or inspectors for fare validation. Your ticket remains valid until you reach your final destination and is accessible in the "Valid Tickets" section. View past tickets in "Travel details".

Payment failures may occur due to:
- Corporate phone numbers
- Unpaid trust payments
- Insufficient balance since number activation
- Unused starting balance
- SIM card replacement within the last 24 hours
Create a free virtual transport card within the app. Self-registration is available for standard and student cards. Other discounted cards require in-person application at a SMSBUS office with supporting documents.
Top up your virtual card using your card number directly through the app, or via other services like Kaspi Bank and Halyk Bank (homebank).

- Camera: QR code scanning.
- Location: Accurate map display, automatic bus detection for easy payment (identifies bus codes using GPS), route planning (including transfers) from your location to a chosen destination (entered via map or text address).
