The Lycan is a thrilling project based on a story by Thomas Jane and screenwriter David James Kelly (known for Logan), with the script penned by Mike Carey (acclaimed for Lucifer and The Unwritten). The artwork is brought to life by artist Diego Yapur, with colors by D.C. Alonso and lettering by AndWorld Design. The series will feature captivating covers by Tim Bradstreet, renowned for his work on Punisher MAX and Hellblazer.

Year of Our Lord 1777: A hardened band of international big game hunters returning from Africa are shipwrecked off a small British island.
In exchange for new supplies and the repairing of their good ship The Calydonian, Lord Ludgate engages the men for a task they are particularly well suited for: find the Berserking Beasts that have been eating his subjects, including a group of young Benedictine Nuns, and destroy them.
*The Lycan #1* is set to be released digitally on Tuesday, February 18, and will be exclusively available on the Comixology Originals platform.
