Boosting the Game Industry's Future
This groundbreaking competition, open to Japanese students, provides a unique opportunity to utilize Capcom's proprietary RE ENGINE. Teams of up to 20 students will collaborate, each member assuming a role mirroring real-world game development positions. Over six months, participants will receive mentorship from experienced Capcom developers, gaining invaluable insights into cutting-edge game development techniques. Winning teams will receive support for potential game commercialization.
Competition Details:
- Eligibility: Japanese students (18 years or older) enrolled in a university, graduate school, or vocational school.
- Application Period: December 9, 2024 – January 17, 2025 (unless otherwise stated).
- Engine: Capcom's RE ENGINE (Reach for the Moon Engine), the powerful engine behind titles like Resident Evil 7, various other Resident Evil installments, Dragon's Dogma 2, Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess, and the upcoming Monster Hunter Wilds.
